Vinyasa Flow at 9th & 9th Pilates
Vinyasa Flow is a vigorous, flowing and dynamic Yoga practice that synchronizes the Ujjayi breath and movement, and links postures with seamless transitions. Expect to find your legs, arms, back, core, ...everything strengthened and invigorated!!

- Yogilates- A perfect place to start! We are bridging the gap between Pilates and Yoga in this beginner's class. Enjoy the familiar focus on alignment and core strength with Mat Pilates based postures, and familiarize yourself with vinyasa yoga- Sun Salutations, Ujjaii breath and resting meditation. (60 mins)
- **NEW** Yoga: Recharge and Renew- Start your weekend off right. This yoga class will focus on building heat, flowing slowly, and working out energy that may have gotten stuck in the body during your busy work week. Take some time to recharge and renew! (95 mins.)
