  • barrEVOLUTION® Get ready to jump into this fun and dyanmic work-out, designed to work all major muscle groups to fatigue by using maximum repetitions and minimum weight--giving you that long lean sculpted look.  The motto: minimize the motion, maximize the burn! Muscle groups targeted: deltoids, biceps, triceps, lats, calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, and abs abs abs!
  • barrEVO + ®- Meet the best of both worlds! In this class we raise the intensity by adding TRX suspension training excercises to our traditional barrEVOLUTION format. sepia_group_barre

Classes will be taught in an All-Levels Format and will be 55 minutes in length. All students are encouraged to join! Please let your instructor know ahead of time if you have any physical limitations or concerns.

You will be using a mat, mini stability ball, 2-3lb weights, a yoga strap, and of course the barre! We provide everything you will need, except for your energy and enthusiasm!
