- Orientation to Reformer – a prerequisite for students who have never taken a STOTT reformer class and who intend to take any of the reformer-based classes. This class orients the student to the reformer equipment and his/her personal settings. It also introduces students to the Five Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES – breathing; pelvic placement; rib cage placement; scapular movement; head and cervical spine placement.
- Reformer I/II – a beginning to intermediate reformer-based class. Reformer exercises improve core strength and balance the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks and feels. Students who have never taken a reformer class must take the Orientation to Reformer class.
- ADVANCED Reformer - a combination of more advanced Refomer-based Pilates postures; students should have a strong Reformer I/II foundation prior to attending this advanced class.
- Athletic Conditioning– a reformer-based class designed for the driven athlete. Athletic Conditioning is an exercise program that sharpens agility, boosts strength and endurance, and prevents injury. Learn how to isolate muscles and increase movement efficiency while emphasizing core stability.
- Jumpboard – a reformer-based class that integrates the use of the Jumpboard. Jumpboard classes are serious cardiovascular and leg workouts that challenge the core and elevate the heart rate, while focusing on proper jumping technique. Great for avid cyclists and staying in shape for the ski season!
- Very Essential Pilates- A Reformer-based class focusing on the basics of Pilates and reformer work. Designed for those who want a slower, easier pace that allows a deep focus on the 5 STOTT principles. This class may integrate a foam roller and mat-based exercises. Great for those recovering from injury, or who prefer a slower pace.
- Mat with Spring Wall – a beginning to intermediate mat-based Pilates class that integrates the use of the Spring Wall, which is a piece of equipment that challenges stability, biomechanics and alignment. Mat exercises focus primarily on improving core strength and also balance the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks and feels. No need to bring a mat, we provide them to every student.
