Designed to introduce you to new movements that you won’t see in regular classes, exercises that will challenge the strongest among you and take your TRX practice to the next level! If you are up for the challenge join us as we progress and get stronger each week. Sneakers and water needed. Class will be Saturdays at 10am for 4 weeks. March 18, 25, April 1 and April 8. *No injuries please, must have instructor approval to attend and previous TRX experience.
