A Pilates practice always begins on the Mat—and it ultimately leads back to the Mat. From beginner through advanced, with or without props, the classical mat order has many ways it can challenge and be modified for each client.
You will be guided through the essential/intermediate Pilates exercises and get hands on tips for improving your form.
This workshop, will give you the proper foundation for every other pilates class!
